Trace and locate beneficiaries
Distribute to and assist beneficiaries in completing claim forms
Ensure claimant is true beneficiary
Evaluate accuracy and correctness of claim forms and supporting attachments
Submit same to you in correct and completed format for processing
In addition, our call centres and communication centres will manage all follow up enquiries from beneficiaries thereby alleviating the pressure on your staff and communication infrastructure.
